How much does it cost to personalize an item?
Embroidery is included in our pricing on items that can be personalized.
Where will the monogram be placed on my item?
We will always do our best to place the embroidery in the most visible location. We will also size all embroidery based on the item size and what looks proportional.
What is the turnaround time for embroidery?
Our turnaround time is 1 week for the item to be embroidered, however you will need to account for shipping on top of this time frame.
What if I don't find a color that matches perfectly with my item?
We will do our best to color match the thread you choose based on colors in the item you are having personalized. If you choose a color that is not in the item you are having personalized, we will match the color as closely to the swatch on the website as we can.
Slight variations in color can occur in photographs but we will use our judgement to provide the best match possible.
Can I pay to rush my order?
We do not offer rush orders on our website at this time.
What if there is a mistake when I receive my order?
We are happy to fix any mistake that is made on our end to ensure that your item is correct.
Please contact us within 7 days after receiving your order to let us know what is wrong and we will work with you on a solution. Unfortunately, if the mistake was by during the ordering process we are not responsible for replacement of the item.
I am feeling unsure about placing an order for personalization. Can I call to speak with an employee before placing the order?
Absolutely, we completely understand that it can be overwhelming and we are more than happy to help walk you through the process or give you an opinion based on our experience. Give us a call at 478-224-2425
Can I make changes to my order after it is placed?
In order to provide the fastest service possible, changes cannot be made after 24 hours of order placement. If you realize you have made a mistake please contact us right away.
What happens if my order was lost in the mail or says delivered and I did not receive it?
Once an order leaves our store we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We are provided with the same tracking information that is sent to you when your order is shipped out. Please contact the carrier if you feel that a claim is needed. As a small business we want you to have the best experience possible, unfortunately we do not have control once your package leaves our store with the carrier.
