Shipping & Returns
Shipping Information
We strive to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible. Once your order is placed, please allow 3-5 business days for it to be processed and prepared for shipment. For items that are being personalized, please allow 1 week for your order to be processed, personalized and prepared for shipment. After processing, your order will be shipped via USPS. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout, as we are unable to change it once the order has been processed.
International Shipping
We do not currently offer international shipping.
Returns and Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we accept exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order or can offer store credit if an exchange is not possible. We do not accept returns unless an item is damaged.
To initiate an exchange, please contact us at 478-224-2425. Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all tags or packaging intact. Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges on personalized or custom items, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Refunds
We do not provide refunds unless your items arrive damaged or defective. We can offer store credit.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days at 478- 224-2425, and we will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact us within 7 days to arrange the exchange. The customer is responsible for shipping costs associated with exchanges, unless the item was damaged or defective. Personalized items cannot be exchanged.
